Geoff Gilbert is based in Missoula and has clients nation-wide. He is an avid investor, entrepreneur, and urban farmer aspiring to change the world by cultivating sustainable business investments for the benefit of all.
Geoff started his first company when he was eleven and bought his first stock after the market crash in late 1987 at 14 years of age (and still owns it today). While his passion for economics and investing continued to grow during the '90s, Geoff first enjoyed a successful decade-long career as a geologist, working in such places as Alaska, South America, Antarctica, and Australia. He began his professional investment career in 2006 as a financial analyst (emphasizing in commodities), and soon transitioned to overall portfolio management.
Geoff holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and prides himself on helping his clients achieve their goals.
